Fullstack map
Links every front-end HTTP call to the back-end endpoint that serves it, lets you navigate between both and warns you when a change breaks the contract.
The fullstack map links your front-end's HTTP calls to your back-end's endpoints. You see which calls have no endpoint, which endpoints nobody uses and what a change would break.
Open it
Tools › Fullstack map. It has no default shortcut; you can also find it with Ctrl+Shift+A.
The map needs both sides. Any of these works:
- two root folders in the same workspace;
- both projects open in the split view;
- a single project that has both front-end and back-end.
If there is only one side, Yuli asks you to add the other project to the workspace or open it in the split view.
Filters
| Filter | Shows |
|---|---|
| All | The whole map. |
| With calls | Endpoints the front-end uses. |
| Calls with no endpoint | Front-end calls with no endpoint in the back-end: likely bugs. |
| Unused endpoints | Endpoints no front-end call uses. |
| Contract | The contract between both sides. |
| Fullstack tasks | Tasks that touch front-end and back-end at once. |
Each link has a confidence. You can keep only those at ≥ 70 % or ≥ 90 %.
Navigate between front-end and back-end
| From | Do | You get to |
|---|---|---|
| A front-end HTTP call | Ctrl+Click or F12 |
The back-end method that serves it |
| A back-end endpoint | Ctrl+Click |
Uses from the frontend |
Above each endpoint, a line (CodeLens) says “n uses from the frontend”. Above a call with no endpoint you'll see “⚠ no endpoint in the backend”.
The contract
On save, Yuli checks whether the change breaks any call on the other side. If it does, you'll see it in the Problems panel and in a notification.
In AI changes, the agent's changes show a “Fullstack contract: n frontend calls would break” card before you apply them.
